Description

King Georges Hall is a Grade II Listed Building located within the Northgate Conservation Area in the centre of Blackburn on the corner of Northgate and Blakey Moor Terrace.

The Council intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced management contractor to qualify to undertake the management, co-ordination, and delivery of a package of works for improvements to King Georges Hall.
