Description

The Council wishes to invite further competition responses for the supply of services in respect of the removal of existing lighting modules and replacement with a LED efficient set up at the Beacon Building in Newark.

The aims/objectives/service priorities of this contract are:

Full replacement of the existing fluorescent lighting
Modification of lighting circuits to accommodate new lighting layouts.
Testing and commissioning.
Replacement of existing RCD's with new RCBO's.
Deep clean on completion.

The anticipated contract commencement date is 9 December 2024.

The Council proposes to enter into one contract for an initial period of 12 weeks with the preferred supplier.
