Brief description:

We are looking for a Business Support Officer to work at a new re-enablement unit called the Integrated Social Care and Health Centre, Harvest Road, Rowley Regis for Adult Social Care.

Key details are set out below.

Candidates need to be experienced, enthusiastic and driven.
Able to provide an effective, efficient and professional Business Administration service
Working as part of the Harvest View Project Management team
Support each recruitment campaign, liaise with managers, internal colleagues
Provide effective support and management for shortlisting process, setting up recruitment panel and interview dates
Management of relevant paperwork and processes.
Able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team for other duties relating to the project.
Able to manage competing demands.

Additional Requirements:
OCR L2 or equivalent in Word Processing.
GCSE C or above in English & Maths or equivalent.
At least 2 years' experience of working in an administrative/business support environment. Experience of using Microsoft Office applications

No DBS required.
