Description

The Service required by the Customer broadly consists of the following:
o Opening/closing and cleaning of public conveniences;
o Opening/closing and cleaning of multi-storey car parks (incl. stairs and stairwells);
o Opening/closing of multi-storey car park: gates, vehicular and pedestrian entrances and exits;
o Cleaning of car park: lift compartments, offices, store rooms, staff rest rooms and toilets;
o Cleaning of corporate/public buildings;
o Cleaning of specified Housing stock.

The Service Provider is responsible for assessing the cleaning requirements needed for all of the above (listed in 1.1) and to achieve the required standards specified in the Service Level Requirements. To submit an accurate tender bid, Service Providers are expected to familiarise themselves with the local area and usage of individual sites.

The estimated contract value is ?720,000/annum.

The contract will begin 1 April 2020 for an initial period of 2 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance in the initial term.
