Description
Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust intends to appoint a planning agent to support with the Trust's estate major works programme.
This proposed appointment requires the agent to support with planning applications for the following schemes:
- Existing Clover Building Decant (anticipated value of £3m)
- Clover Building Replacement (Rebuild) (anticipated value of £10m)
- Integrated Front Door (IFD) Major Works (anticipated value of £25m)
- Existing Commonhead Building Replacement (anticipated value of £2m)
It is the expectation that this contract will be let on a 1 year basis.
