Description
Lot 1.
Cheshire East Council is seeking to commission a Marketing and Lead Generation services to promote and encourage take-up of the Connecting Cheshire Digital 2020: Digital Support Programme.
The aim of this work is to provide, over the contract period, a robust promotion of the benefits of the Digital 2020 programme to up to two thousand five hundred (2,500) companies across Cheshire and Warrington and generate business leads that will enable take-up of the service by as many companies as possible. The provider will deliver marketing and lead generation programme that is consistent and compliant with the Connecting Cheshire Programme and as appropriate reference the Cheshire and Warrington Business Growth Hub.
In addition the provider may or may not be commissioned to provide marketing and lead generation support to other aspects of the Digital 2020 Programme.
Lot 2.
Cheshire East Borough Council, in collaboration with the Connecting Cheshire Partnership, seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and organisation to deliver a series of business development masterclasses and provide bespoke consultancy service to assist eligible SME's on the Connecting Cheshire: Digital 2020 project which is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund 2014-2020 under Priority Axis 2: Enhancing Access to, and Use and Quality of, Information and Communications Technology.
The project's primary focus is businesses and communities. Digital 2020 will enhance access to ICTs for SMEs in the Cheshire & Warrington LEP area. It will improve the quality (speed and reach) of digital infrastructure and boost the use of digital technology by businesses. Digital 2020 will strengthen the competitive potential of SMEs, help develop new products and services, and ensure businesses exploit e-commerce opportunities to access new markets.
