Description of Requirement
There is extensive scholarship on the gender pay gap in the UK, some of which has been commissioned by the OME to investigate the gender pay gap specifically in the public sector. Ethnicity pay gaps have not received the same attention from policy makers and the question of whether pay structures or systems impact ethnicity pay gaps has not been explored by OME. This project will analyse ethnicity pay gaps in the public sector and, where possible, review body remit groups.
