Description

1.1.1 Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is inviting bids from organisations that might be able to provide the Council's current needs for Window Cleaning.
The provision includes a Window Cleaning service to a variety of Rotherham Council premises situated across the Borough.
The agreement will be split into two lots:
• Lot 1 - The cleaning of windows to social establishment's i.e Youth Centres, Libraries, Town Centre buildings and care homes etc.
• Lot 2 - The cleaning of windows within PFI schools across the borough of Rotherham.
The framework will be awarded initially for a period of two years with the option to extend at the sole discretion of RMBC for a further two x 12 months periods, each on a year by year basis.
