Description
The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) is undertaking a pre-market engagement exercise in relation to procuring a Strategic Technology Partner that will work with FSCS to deliver the CIO strategy and support delivery of the FSCS 2020 strategy.
The technology partner will work with FSCS to meet our key technology challenges that will be important to deliver our strategy for the 2020s, which will include but not limited to:
•How to digitize the Enterprise
•Potentially introducing Enabling Technologies to support the Future Service Design currently under development. This may include the adoption of a low code/no code-based platform
•Maturity of our Agile ways of working and adoption of improved Change and Dev/Ops Models
•Keeping pace with challenges in Cyber and Information Security
•Better use of Workplace Technology to improve our culture and performance (e.g. Collaboration Tools, Office 365)
•Improved use of Data Analytics and how to speed up our journey to becoming an Insight Driven Organisation
•Adoption and migration to Cloud
•Ensuring we have the required underlying capabilities (eg processes, data, systems, people)

In addition FSCS are intending to hold a pre-market engagement event on 14th May 2019 prior to receiving responses.
Prior to undertaking a procurement process, FSCS would like to engage the market and seek input/ideas for delivery.
