Description

This procurement is for a Framework Agreement for the provision of Home Care Services specified in Lot A part 1 & 2 for Southampton City Council. All the other Lots have already been sourced and awarded to the providers. The Framework is split into the following lots:

Lot A - Adults aged over 18 who meet the Care Act eligibility criteria for funded support, including all those who live within a housing with care environment.
Lot B - Adults aged over 18 who meet the Care Act eligibility criteria for funded support who have a learning disability and either lives within their own home or a supported living environment.
Lot C - Adults aged over 18 and children who meet the criteria for NHS funded care (Continuing Health Care for adults and Continuing Care for Children)
Lot D - Children who meet the eligibility for funded support (excluding those who sit within lot C).
