Description

The Surrey Heartlands Making Every Contact Count (MECC) Programme would like to offer a MECC Level 2 train the trainer package accessible to between 40-60 health and social care professionals working across the Surrey Heartlands integrated care system (ICS).
The aim is to train up to 40 (minimum) practitioners over a 10 month period from May 2019 - March 2020 or sooner. The training is to be delivered across Surrey and includes participants from primary and secondary care, local district and boroughs and representatives from our voluntary sector workforce.
Successful providers will be expected to deliver the programmes at various locations within the county of Surrey
