Description

Hampshire County Council on behalf of The Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire (OPCC) invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Out of Court Disposal Intervention for Victim Awareness.

Provision of an intervention to raise awareness of the impact of crime on victims, witnesses and the community for low-medium risk offenders who meet the eligibility criteria for an Out of Court Disposal. The intervention will be accessible to all offenders over the age of 18 years who have committed a low to medium risk offence, where Hampshire Constabulary have determined that they are eligible for a Conditional Caution or Community Resolution.

The Contract will commence on 1st June 2022 and will be for a period until 31st March 2024 with the option to extend for a further three years.

Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14.00 hrs on Friday 18th February 2022.
