City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport is seeking an organisation to provide a Project Manager to provide expert support to the existing team to progress through the next stages of this high profile project.
The A454 is a priority investment corridor for the city, with transportation leading on a number of major multimodal interventions. The Phase 3 proposals include a £20 million junction scheme which is in the early stage of Business Case, public consultation, Planning and Land Acquisition.
