Description

The District Council of Tandridge in Surrey invites qualified and experienced contractors to respond to this ITT for the tender of works valued below the OJEU threshold for Works.

The Council is looking to appoint a main contractor for the redevelopment of the site to provide a 3 level decked car park, consisting of ground and 2 upper floors.

The new car park is to be formed of a modular steel frame system in accordance with the Employers Requirements.
