Description

We are looking for a suitably experienced and technically skilled contractor to assist the Commission in further developing its work on equality and human rights and cumulative impact assessment (CIA) of government fiscal planning and spending on social security and public spending in Scotland and Wales.

This proposed work builds on previous Commission research but is more focused on providing country-specific analysis and advice about CIA for Scottish and Welsh Governments, parliamentarians and public bodies, to illustrate how CIA and micro-simulation modelling could help them to better embed equality and human rights into their fiscal decision-making.

This is a short-term project and the work must be completed by 31 March 2019.https://www.equalityhumanrights.com/en/effect-tax-and-welfare-reforms
