Description

The British Library has a broad and varied cultural offer, which requires a flexible ticketing and membership solution able to expand and contract according to product requirements. All tickets are available to purchase in person, online or via the telephone.

The purpose of this RFI is to seek information on ticketing and user journey solutions from a broad range of suitably experienced organisations.

When submitting information, all organisations should note that this is a request for information not a tender opportunity; it is part of a market consultation exercise aiming to ensure that the procurement route selected and the options ultimately developed for any procurement are properly informed.
