Description

The Department for Transport Dangerous Goods Division (DGD) intends to let a contract for provision of research into the development of performance based safety standards for petroleum road fuel tankers. It is anticipated that the outputs from this research will underpin UK proposals for test procedures to be included in the relevant standards and/or regulations.

The Department wishes to appoint a project manager to establish, progress and ensure the timely, successful, delivery of the above research on its behalf. This work specification relates solely to the appointment of the project manager.
