Description

The Town Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake the annual production (design, printing and finishing) of the Ryde Town Map and Ryde Events Poster. The contract will be for a period of 4 years commencing in May 2018, with the potential to extend the contract by up to a further 12 months at the discretion of the Town Council.
The quotes process is broken into two components - Town Map and Events Poster. Contractors may submit a tender for either or both the Town Map and Events Poster elements. The contract may be awarded as a combined contract or as individual contracts. This will be at the discretion of the Town Council.
