Description

HM Revenue & Customs is seeking a supplier for the provision of Journal Subscriptions (Print and Electronic).
HM Revenue & Customs requirement is for the provision of a range of journals in three different service offerings and two different formats, namely Print, Electronic or a combination of both (Print and Electronic).
The supplier shall provide access to an online portal to enable them to search, order, manage and monitor journals.
The service shall be scalable to cope with future changes in journal requirements.
