Description
Regeneration is at the heart of planning in Medway. Work has now begun on the flagship regeneration site at Rochester Riverside delivering up to 1400 new homes. Rochester has a magnificent historic High Street which is bisected by the dual carriage way of Corporation Street. This is where this project focusses as the department needs to deliver new coach parking facilities, public realm and a compliment to the private developments which are coming forward throughout the length of the road.
