Description
The aim is to gain a deeper understanding and to assess:
• A novel method of generating UV radiation using nanoscale waveguides to increase the intensity of the driving laser light, whilst allowing for manipulation of the wavefront; and
• The use of graphene and other 0D, 1D and 2D materials to fabricate novel sensors, whose performance can be optimised to the emission radiation of the UV source.
