Description

Coaching for the AMRC Leadership team. The focus will be to develop competence, defined as capability and capacity, in inter-personal and team dynamics in all members of the team. The program is being specifically designed to work as a "remote" team development journey.
This will consist of
Design, preparation and delivery of 2 x half day virtual team kick off meeting, LeadershipCircle Profile
3 hours executive one on one debrief and coaching per executive
Monthly Team workout sessions - 2 x 90 minutes session on one day per month
