Description

Great Yarmouth Borough Council is embarking on an exciting and significant project to undertake the complete restoration and reuse of the Winter Gardens, a Grade II* listed building and rare survival of a Victorian seaside glasshouse. We are seeking a consultant who will undertake a business study and provide a plan centred on a viable economic end use and explore how this concept might be developed to provide an exemplar offer. The consultant will also produce a robust financial model which evidences the return on investment.
