Description

***This is not a call for Competition***The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) are seeking an Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme. It is BEIS Policy is to provide a safe working environment and to employ best practice to ensure health, safety and welfare within the workplace. The Department is also committed to delivering the Civil Service Health and Wellbeing Strategy, and its five key strands:
• Provide visible leadership for health and wellbeing
• Encourage an open dialogue leading to action on mental health
• Promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle
• Promote national wellbeing campaigns
• Support people to stay at work or return to work
To enable BEIS to fulfil this obligation to its employees, professional occupational health advisors are engaged to assist with the prevention of occupational ill health, rehabilitation of employees and health promotion.
