Income Officer x 6

Sandwell MBC are seeking to appoint 6 Income Officers

Location: Based at Court House, West Bromwich

Key skills required for this role:
• Debt management or arrears recovery experience
• Experience of dealing with vulnerable customers and customers who have complex/multiple needs
• Knowledge of the legal framework for the recovery of housing related debt and good practice
• Good telephone manner
• Customer facing experience
• Agency workers will be required to work 37 hours per week and the working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday is 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Start date: as soon a possible

12 week contract for 37 hours per week

Pay rate:
E26 = £12.37 per hour to worker
