Description

The Council is looking to carry out a procurement process for the refurbishment of internal communal areas also known as the Sparkle Project 2017.

The nature of the works to be undertaken will typically comprise of:

(i) redecoration of communal lounge and hallways;
(ii) replacement of light fittings to communal lounge and 1st floor communal hallway;
(iii) external patio works; and
(iv) carpeting of communal areas
