Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is looking to let out a contract for the provision of in-person payment kiosk solution within the Customer Service Centre, located at the Town Hall Hornton Street, London, W8 7NX.

This contract is required to ensuring the residents have an alternative avenue to pay outstanding debts using kiosk machines that facilitate the self-service bill payments; especially for those who would otherwise have challenges paying virtually.

The contract covers the provision of hardware, software and maintenance.

The new contract length will be 5 years with the commencement date of December 2025. The estimated total contract value is £100,000.

The Council would like to invite expressions of interest in the potential tender to secure suitable providers who could deliver this service.
