Service to train young people to travel independently to and from school. \r

The service aim to train individuals with SEND to travel independently to school and other facilities with a view to increasing independence and reducing dependence on SEND bus/taxi transport. \r
Service users consist of children and young people and/or vulnerable adults aged up to twenty-five (25) with special educational needs and/or disabilities who are resident in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. Service users may attend a college, mainstream school, special school, residential/specialist unit, within or outside of the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
