Description

The purpose of this RFP is to invite a list of possible suppliers to provide the Trust with a proposal for the delivery of an Interpretation Masterplan for the whole Mourne Gullion Strangford UNESCO Global Geopark area. This will allow the Trust to understand which supplier will be capable of meeting the requirements and to identify a preferred supplier based on the information returned.
The masterplan should include as a minimum:
Detailed Interpretation Plan
Interpretive Best Practice Toolkit
Budget Guidelines
Planning Notes
Action Plan

The Interpretation Masterplan should take a unified approach to the whole Mourne Gullion Strangford UNESCO Global Geopark area to determine how interpretation that is unique, specialised and memorable can be introduced across the whole landscape. The Interpretation Masterplan should take into account the existing Interpretation Plans that cover all or part of the area and the more recent interpretation installations.
The outputs will include a written report and supporting GIS data, where relevant. The report must be clearly presented, concise, and written in plain English.
The deadline for proposals is Midday on Friday the 30th of August.
The geopark is located in the southeast of Northern Ireland, adjacent to the border with the Republic of Ireland.

Further details on the Opportunity are available via Proactis.
The opportunity closes on 30th August 2024 at 12.00pm.
