This is a Contract Award Notice.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require the services of a File Storage, Retrieval & Destruction Service. A solution to support  business transformation through digitisation and storage in a move away from paper-based processes and offering faster access to all records.
This procurement was undertaken through the HealthTrust Europe LLP Framework Agreement for the supply of Total Document Storage, Scanning and Digitalisation Services. Lot 1, following the Direct Award process.
The Contract is awarded for an initial period of 12 months with an option to extend for up to 12 months.
Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions.
