Description

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of conservation architectural and professional services for a project related to carrying out essential refurbishment work to the grade 2* listed building on the Highbury estate, Moseley, Birmingham.

The purpose of the project is for conservation architectural and professional services in regard to urgent remedial works required to Highbury Hall a Grade II* listed building in Moseley, Birmingham. The Council seeks architects to develop appropriate designs and specifications for the identified areas requiring remedial works (including any necessary survey work) secure all the necessary approvals, and assist in the tender process in regard to the appointment of a contractor. Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Clerk of Works Services to be provided by Acivico Ltd

The approximate value of the works for the refurbishment is £400,000.

This contract will be for a period of one year commencing 6th July 2018 until 31st March 2019.
