Description

Central Bedfordshire Council wishes to invite suitably qualified and experienced providers to express an interest in the provision of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design and Build Services for two projects.

The projects are divided into Lots and Lots may be awarded to one or more bidders.

The work will cover Design and Build elements:

Lot 1 - Sandy Upper School , Sandy - Electrical Services estimated value £120,000.00
Lot 2 - Shelton Lower School, Marston Moretaine - Mechanical Services estimated value £80,000.00

The installation and commissioning is to take place during the school summer holiday period from 24th July to 29th Aug 2017.

Tender Documents - There is one ITT (Invitation to Tender) document to complete for both LOTS (_Sandy US and Shelton LS Electrical Works ITT).
There are separate appendices for each LOT and you must complete the Preliminaries, Pricing Schedule and Form of Tender for each individual LOT that you are interested in submitting a bid for.
You may submit a bid on one or both LOTS.

Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, no later than 12:00 noon on 03/07/2017, tenders received after that time will be excluded.
Tenders must be uploaded via the \"My Return\" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.

Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.
