Additional text

Please be advised the client team has had further discussions with Homes England which have resulted in a more detailed scope for what will be required in the Master Plan required from this commission.
We have reissued the ITP with the revised details included; please see sections 57.1 & 57.2. The client has highlighted what they believe to be the key changes (presented in blue text).
It is our belief that this does not represent a significant change to the previously published information, and should not affect the responses to the Supplier Questions; however we are allowing an extra week to give suppliers time to consider the new information.
