The Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT) invites tenders for building cleaning services at The Academy Selsey, West Sussex.
The contract is due to commence on the 1 April 2019 for the cleaning services for the new school building which will open on the 23 April 2019.
The contract is for an initial period of 1 year with the option to extend for up to 18 months to a maximum contract period of 2 years and 6 months subject to performance.
bidders are strongly recommended to attend the site visit that has been arranged for 10:00am on the 19 February 2019. As the building of the new school will not be completed at the time of the site visit, attendees at the site visit will be required to wear hard hats, high viz jackets, safety shoes.
