Description

Huntingdonshire District Council's Document Centre is the corporate central point for printing and associated services and currently produces in the region of 4 million prints per annum in house.
The Document Centre's core business includes print and supply of digital printing and associated work. Key to this is the investment and maintenance of hardware which is fit for purpose and supported by maintenance agreements. .
The Document Centre is looking to replace its fleet of 2 production B/W printing devices, 2 production Colour devices and semi-automatic offline booklet maker.
Primarily looking at purchase options but full consideration may be given to lease alternative options.
