Description

Leicestershire County Council is seeking to identify and appoint one Consultant to provide a Winter Weather Station and Data Management Bureau service.

The service covers the following work:
Annual maintenance and repair of the Councils winter maintenance weather stations;
Winter road maintenance Data Management Bureau service linking the information from the weather stations and that provided by Weather Forecaster (separate contract);
Upgrade and replacement of the County Council weather stations as specified;
Winter Maintenance decision support software system; and
Professional Services e.g Training to key staff, Thermal Mapping.
