Description

Provision of IT Service Management system:
The Trust is therefore looking to purchase an efficient, economical replacement ITSM system which assists in its desire to meet our increasing customer demands and in particular, to move to a more pro-active self-serve culture and provide 24/7 access for its users. The system must provide users and technicians with mobile access to services and be customisable / tailorable to our needs.
