Description

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) looks to procure the provision of collaborative and representative support for the Rural West Sussex Partnership (RWSP). The overarching aim of the RWSP is; to bring together the key organisations that develop strategy and policy on rural economic development, in West Sussex, to ensure the successful delivery of locally focussed projects and services in rural areas centred around three priority areas; Rural Digital Connectivity, Funding & Investment and Partnership Facilitation Relationship Management & Collaborative Working.

It is the desire of the funding partners for RWSP to re-establish its identity as a partnership network facilitated by the successful consultant. The RWSP must have a 'Local Strategic Focus' with elements of operational delivery, unless specifically stated by the funding partners, in pursuit of the three priority areas listed below.
Three Priority Areas
The three priority areas requiring RWSP focus are:
1. Rural Digital Infrastructure and Technologies
2. Funding and Investment
3. Partnership facilitation, relationship management & collaborative working
The creation and subsequent implementation of a Delivery Plan outlining the methods of delivery, will further support the key objectives in pursuit of the three priority areas listed above.
