Description
Contract to undertake a joint process and impact evaluation of the Household Support Fund 4. The household support fund is a grant made by Department for Work and Pensions to upper tier Local Authorities across England to provide support to vulnerable households with the cost of essentials in the local area.
This will be a mixed-methods approach encompassing qualitative research with local authority stakeholders and qualitative and quantitative research with household support fund beneficiaries. This will investigate how local authorities have chosen to deliver household support fund, which approaches to delivery work best, for which groups, and the impacts on recipients
