Requirement: Executive Search and Selection for Senior Director, Price Review

The Services required is to undertake a full Service of effective advertising, search, selection and candidate management process to recruit a Senior Director for Price Review for Ofwat. The Supplier will be working closely with our Director People and Chief Executive, and the interviewing panel. The Senior Director for Price Review will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and lead the Price Reviews (PR) Cluster. The Cluster is responsible for price reviews for monopoly water and wastewater companies including the delivery of the next Price Review (PR24), and holding companies to account for the delivery of the commitments made in the last Price Control (PR19). It will also develop approach to and delivery of future price reviews.
