Description

Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building and Window Contractors to carry out Programmed window replacement at three Worcestershire schools.

Scope of Works -
Remove existing window frames, install replacement Aluminium Alloy Windows & Doors as per drawings and specifications.
Award Criteria: Price 70% - Quality/Technical 30%

Site Visits:
Ascertain the nature of the site, access thereto and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the Works.
Site visits will be arranged for one day only as determined by the school and a representative of Acivico

Failure to book a site visit appointment will result in access to the site being refused.
The form of contract will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016.
