Dear Sir/Madam,
In accordance with the Minor Works Framework 2022 - 2026 - lot 2 you are invited to tender for the Solar PV Heating and Lighting Upgrades at Sandown Fire Station and Shanklin Fire Station and have been supplied with the attached documents.
Please download all the documents and read VERY carefully.
Please Note - the site visit requirements in item 2.0 of the schedule of works must be arranged in advance with either myself or Bowie Heer as ad-hoc visits will not be possible.
Please ensure that your tender return includes the following
1. Completed Grand Summary Sheet
2. Completed form of tender
3. Fully priced schedule of works (Section 3 of tender specification)
4. Breakdown of all preliminary costs
5. Completed mechanical, electrical and solar PV tender summaries (within appendices B, C & F)
6. Completed resource questionnaire (From appendix V of the PCI document)
