Description

The Department currently has twelve occupational leases at 39 Victoria Street, London SW1, where it is the sole leaseholder. The 12 leases each have a Rent Review due in September 2019.

Consequently, the Department requires professional and dedicated rent review specialists to act on its behalf in relation to these Rent Reviews and to agree et al the most VFM and optimum results/rents.
