Description

This tender is for an Integrated Blue-Light Fuel Provision and is comprised of 3 lots:

Lot 1 - A fuel management solution to include software, dispensers, gauges and a Fuel management controller attached to the dispenser and gauge
Lot 2 - Decommission of underground existing sites
Lot 3 - Installation and replacement of above ground tanks

The Emergency Services Collaboration Programme (ESCP) partners which includes, Surrey, West Sussex and East Sussex Fire and Rescue Services, as well as Surrey and Sussex Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service, are working together to create an Integrated Transport Function (ITF), to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

The Surrey and Sussex Emergency Services Collaboration Programme has identified opportunities to better use each other's on- site fuel storage facilities in a more effective manner. The proposed solution will allow all partners access to each other's site where convenient and the ability to draw fuel which will be mapped to the cost centre of the organisation taking the fuel. This procurement is for making each site compliant and for the kit that measures the amount of fuel taken and by whom. The fuel in each tank is already owned by the requisite Service and therefore is not a part of the procurement.

The Framework duration is a total of 4years (2+1+1) with no options to extend further
