Description
This contract is being managed by West Midlands Growth Company for the Midlands Engine Partnership.

This contract has been divided into two LOTS. Suppliers can bid for one or both LOTS.
Project aims
The Midlands Engine, working with its partners wants to create a baseline of attitudinal, sentiments and agreed metrics to build a campaign that will foster;
• A collective identity
• Drive economic growth
• Promote the Midlands to the world
• Attract people to invest, trade, study and work
• Create a brighter future for all Midlander's
The research and insight work will provide baseline data to quantify the outcomes and successes of the campaign and serve as a marker to measure the desired reach and impact of campaign activity.
