Description

The Council intends to identify a list of suitably qualified and experienced contractors who we may subsequently invite to tender for contracts for the maintenance and refurbishment of existing council buildings. The list will apply until January 11th 2019. Each contract may have a value of between £ 25,000 and £150,000. The Council will be consolidating its first version of the list on 15th Jan 2018 and will refresh it regularly. The Council will continue to consider submissions provided they are received prior to 11 Jan 2019. The estimated value of the requirement stated in section 9 below is the maximum total value of all relevant works in a 12 month period.
