Description

The cohort for this project would be prisoners identified as high or very high risk of harm to themselves or others - therefore, experience of working with vulnerable adults and the safeguarding of adults at risk would be advantageous. The provider staff should also have experience in working with people convicted of sexual offences and be pro-active in liaising with Public Protection agencies

The provider will be expected to deliver a package to identified prisoners to mentor, educate and support them during their final 6 months in custody and support their transition into the community.
