Description
Devon Partnership Trust are tendering works for the appointment of a Contractor to carry out works for the planned maintenance of healthcare properties within the Devon and Bristol areas.
The works will be undertaken within occupied premises and will include community health facilities, mental health inpatient facilities, renal services and administrative building and associated areas.
The Contractor will be required to provide maintenance services to undertake works of a planned, reactive and emergency nature 24 hours per day 365 days of the year.
The services to be provided are within sites owned and leased by DPT (incorporating the Bristol Dementia Partnership), Virgin Healthcare Ltd and North East and West Devon CCG. Community Estates Services manage these sites and are part of DPT who are retained by the NHS organisations to manage this contract.
