Description

Hull City Council (The Authority) has appointed Whistl UK Limited to deliver Downstream Postal Services. The tender has been conducted through an aggregated exercise whereby numerous local authorities combined and amalgamated volumes. A further competition exercise has been undertaken through the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework.
The contract is anticipated to commence on the 1 March 2025 for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £677k per annum. The estimated value is given in good faith it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
