Description

The Council are looking to appoint a supplier for the supply of tools and equipment predominantly for horticultural operational activities provided by services under the Streetpride and Green Spaces department, which includes The Streetpride area offices, Parks and cemeteries, the framework can be used by any department across the Council.

The Council hold little stock so require a supplier that holds a sufficient range and level of stock to meet the Council's requirements with a quick response time.

This framework will include the supply and delivery of goods to nominated locations.

The framework scope covers the purchase of:
o A range of hand and power tools
o Machinery including chain saws and hedge trimmers
o Safety and protective items including gloves
o Weed Spraying accessories (knap sacks, associated lances & nozzles)
o Waste products such as litter pickers
o Lawn care, planting and growing products
o Spare parts
o A range of miscellaneous items such as petrol cans and litter pickers
